Gig workers and hourly help providers listed on HelloBiz.app are independent individuals, NOT employees, agents, or representatives of HelloBiz.app or Zoa Zone Services LLC/Pvt Ltd.
- We verify their government-issued ID documents but do NOT conduct comprehensive background checks
- We do NOT supervise, direct, or control their work in any manner
- We are NOT responsible for their conduct, quality of work, punctuality, or reliability
- Any agreements, payments outside the platform, or disputes are solely between you and the worker
- We recommend verifying credentials independently and taking appropriate safety precautions
- Workers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance
- These workers may be unemployed, students, homemakers, or individuals seeking temporary income
By booking a gig worker through our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms. For your safety, we recommend meeting in public places when possible, informing someone of your appointments, and never sharing sensitive personal or financial information.
2. No Direct or Indirect Relationship
HelloBiz.app has NO direct or indirect relationship with:
- Service providers registered on the platform
- Gig workers and hourly help providers
- Service seekers using the platform
- Advertisers posting classified ads
- Any transactions between users
- Any agreements made between parties
- Any actions, conduct, or work performed by workers listed on our platform
We act solely as an intermediary platform facilitating connections. We do not participate in, monitor, or control any transactions or interactions between users.
3. User Responsibility & Liability
